Well the kids love it and this, in Alton Bay, was quite the party for the kids. They go all out. Teischan was lucky that she got to go — albeit this is her best friend going back to pre-school. We still haven’t got around to making her costume for this year. So she gladly wore last year’s — and she WON the ‘best costume’ award. She was chuffed. Well, here is to Halloween 2015.

Given my ever precarious and often pitiful pecuniary circumstances, I, by and large, live my life vicariously through the pages of (and e-mails from) ‘Hammacher Schlemmer’ catalog. Why they sent it to us, and have done so for years, totally defeats me. We are so way out of their demographics it is laughable. So when I saw this today, I was tickled. Wow. That looks like so much fun. Cheap at half the price. Would love to see one, but unlikely to see one in this neighbourhood.

This would be so perfect for Halloween. I would drive the kids around in this for ‘Trick-or-Treat’. Just think of the tricks you could do with this littl’ puppy if you didn’t get any candy.

The message seems to be quite blatant. They want the runway clear for the G5 X — though the G3 X with its 24 to 600mm zoom is in a different class (despite its glaring lack of an electronic view finder).

The Canon discounts are already being reflected at Amazon.

Amazon is also offering the Canon G5 X as of October 23, 2015. That is soon. I will have to make up my mind soon.

To make it worse about 6 seem to having their monthlies and the others act as if they are having some wicked morning sickness.

This is NOT fair on Sri Lanka. It denigrates their performance — though Chandimal’s catch to dismiss Dorothy Bravo was World Class in any match.

This is CRAZY. The World’s First Men vs. Women cricket Test Match.

Let me tell you it does NOT work. It is a different league.

That Sri Lanka managed to score 848 runs doesn’t matter because the West Indies girls dropped at least 20 catches.

This is a bloody travesty.

This week I am going to write a letter to the London ‘Times’ asking for the ICC to displace the West Indies from International Cricket. There is NO nation called ‘West Indies’ and significance and beauty of International cricket is that it is played between Nations.
