Taken with the refurbished $269 Canon PowerShot G1 X that I yesterday — from Canon. JPEGs, as usual, with no post-processing, whatsoever. Straight out of the camera. I am not a lover of post-processing.
Original 4352 x 3264, ~3Mb,
JPEGs reduced to 1024 x 768, 170 Kb, for display here.
So v. low resolution. Sorry.

Well, I already talked about the chances of schism
— and the possibility of ‘Plan B’ — a year ago!
On many recent papal issues I tend to be way ahead of the pack.

Today’s Catholic prelates are not interested in a schism. Way too much like hard work and it will upset the apple cart. Much easier to eliminate the source of the problem. ‘Plan B’. That there was talk, as the Synod was proceeding, that Francis has a brain tumor was fascinating.
Folks can now make out that the Pope’s thought process was impaired by the tumor! Brilliant.
Plus if Francis was to do a John Paul I they already have THE story lined up. Brilliant.
