I Really Have Started Wearing TWO Fitbits On My Wrist — A Versa Lite & An Inspire HR — To Study ‘FAKE STEPS’.

I never thought it would come to this. Having to wear TWO Fitbits — but, I have no choice.
I am 100% convinced that the new Fitbit Inspire HR is way, way INACCURATE — beyond even Fitbit’s normal propensity to overcount steps.
I made a video yesterday just with the Fitbit Inspire HR to show how the step counts goes up even when I am seated at this computer, typing. Per the Inspire HR I walked 1.3 miles, in steps, while all the time being seated at my PC!
So, I decided today. Heck with it. I will wear BOTH Fitbits side-by-side and compare the steps — taking pictures to prove it.
Today, starting at noon — the Inspire HR counted 400 more steps than the more expensive Fitbit Versa Lite.

It was raining and snowing all day. So, there were big puddles in the parking lot.
I noticed the reflection in a puddle as soon as I walked out of Warren’s. I had to take a picture.
Then I noticed that I can get the actual sign too. So, I did.
In February 2018 I had taken some other pictures of this sign reflected off car windows. So, this would complement that collection. Enjoy.

This was at “Warren’s Lobster House“, in Kittery, Maine — Teischan’s favorite restaurant, right now, because of the salmon. We go there quite often — including today.
Friday night.
What really got me going was this unsightly obese guy with a BIG cowboy hat. Warren’s is famous for its salad bar. Seeing him promenading around the salad bar in his hat was pathetic.
Then I noticed all the OLD MEN in baseball caps. They should no better.
Where have all the standards gone?

She wanted a quiet, private birthday. Nobody, but us. Go shopping at ‘Michaels’, for even more art & craft supplies, and then salmon for dinner at “Warren’s Lobster House“. And that is exactly what we did.
Oh! She also wanted an ice cream for lunch. Did that too.
It was good. Last year we had 11 friends over. This year none! But, she was happy. Said best ever! So, I am happy. It was good.Michaels
