The German Flag Bearing The Dreaded Swastika Was First Unveiled This Day 82-Years Ago; September 15, 1935.

82-years ago. Just 1-year after scumbag Hitler seized power. It replaced a rather ugly, black-white-red, horizontal stripe flag that had been used since 1933. (Shown to the right). Hitler had started using the swastika way back in the 1920s.
The swastika flag was ABOLISHED, by law, by the Allied Control Council at the end of WW II.
The black-red-yellow, horizontal stripe flag used today, by Germany, had been first been used between 1919 (after their defeat in WW I) till 1933.
