“Taste of India”, Dover, N.H. — 25th Anniversary Special Dinner Buffet A Great Success!
The special dinner buffet at the “Taste of India” in Dover (N.H.) to celebrate their 25th anniversary in business was a great success. Well attended, good food, wonderful buzz and lots of cheer in the air.
We got there at 7pm as planned. Joga Singh, the c0-owner, had kindly reserved a table for us. That was kind, as always. It was a good job we had made a reservation. It was packed and continued to be for the hour and twenty minutes we were there. Nice mix of people, Asian and Caucasian in equal numbers. Great testament to what the two Singh brothers have manged to wrought in their 25 years in Dover. I was thinking on the way back. It could not have been easy, especially at the start in 1991. Kudos to them all. Wonderful family.
