I discovered, exceedingly serendipitously, “Heart Rate Monitors USA“, last November, through Amazon, when I was in a desperate hurry to get my hands on a Vivoactive 3 in Slate. They had a few units in Slate and Amazon didn’t and was claiming that would not for a few weeks. I called them up and spoke to them. They impressed me. So, I placed an order via Amazon.
I am so glad I bought that Vivoactive 3 from them rather than Amazon because I had two (yes, ‘2’) die on me within 66-days. That is when they really, really impressed me. They replaced both without a murmur. Their customer service has been AMAZING.
That is why I got my Fitbit Ionic and Garmin Fenix 5, directly from them, rather than from Amazon. For me to shop outside of Amazon takes a miracle! So, that should tell you all.
