British, John Dalton, The Father ‘Atomic Theory’ & ‘Color Blindness’ Pioneer, Was Born This Day 251-Years Ago.

Coming up with what we today still refer to as ‘atomic theory‘ was no small feat — especially 250-years ago. Wow.
I have read a bit about him, BUT not as much as I would like to. Obviously a very clever and intuitive person — a Quaker to boot.
There is some debate as to whether he was born on September 5th or September 6th, 1766. It could have been late at night — hence the confusion. These days, the likes of Wikipedia do not even bother to dwell on this confusion. September 6 is deemed his birthday.
Spare a thought. Atomic Theory is a BIG DEAL — though that it is still a ‘theory’, even today, is scary!
