This is when I noticed. Saturday, January 27, 2018.

NO elevation on run. It is run with over 400′ elevation change.

So, same run. When altimeter was working …. after it failed.

Notice, in this graph the elevation is FLAT! Not right.

Today, Saturday, January 27, 2018, after my run — on course that I run at least twice a week — I noticed that there was NO elevation reading!

Strange.

Then I remembered that 2 nights earlier, on Thursday night, it had said I had hardly climbed any stairs. It was late, I was tired … I just let it go as a temporary glitch. The altimeter must have stopped working around then.

As of today, this Garmin Vivoactive 3 is ONLY 48-days old.

I had it delivered from ‘Heart Rate Monitors USA‘ on Saturday, December 9, 2017.

It was my 2nd Vivoactive 3.

First one died, totally, after just 15-days. ‘Heart Rate Monitors USA’, a class outfit, replaced it.

Now this one is not fully working. Elevation is important to I.

Yes, I have done everything.

I am at a loss. Don’t know what to do.

It is a Saturday. It had to be. Garmin & ‘Heart Rate Monitors USA’ are both closed.

Not sure I want another Vivocative 3.

Help?

I am so upset. So, distressed.

Bloody Garmin. And as of last week I became a Garmin shareholder.
