What can I say other than I am very fortunate & I know & appreciate that. Though roses are now scarce, I do stop & smell the flowers — so to speak. I do NOT take it for granted. We probably will have snow within 6-weeks. But, foliage first. SMILE.

Not extensive as yet. Quite patchy, really. But, noticeable. Very rich reds.

Today, 09/11/2020, in Alton, New Hampshire — during my morning walk. You can’t get any better proof. Yes, I have seen color for the last 3 to 4 weeks. It is starting to get more noticable. I will make a point of posting as many pictures as I can. SMILE. Enjoy.

Mid-August And 2020 Fall Foliage Is Starting To Appear In Central New Hampshire.

Kind of incongruous in that it has been a NOTICEABLY hot Summer with multiple weeks of non-stop over 80F days. So much so that even I might have to concede ‘Global Warming‘.

But, some nights have been cool, i.e., low 60Fs (if not slightly cooler). That will do it.

I hear the same is happening in Wisconsin.

Could prove to be an interesting Fall.

I will, of course, keep you posted.

Do I really have to elaborate or explain. Maybe I should explain why I don’t post as many sunset pictures as I should. Simple answer is that by the time sunset comes I have usually taken by quota of pictures for the day! There is only so many I can take and publish a day. SMILE. Today, I made a special effort. Enjoy.

Given my recent 5pm to 7pm job I yet again didn’t get any chance to venture far — that normally being when I go ‘walkabouts‘ with my camera. So all of these are also from our yard though I did venture into our woods to get some of these.
