Exercise May Slow The Spread Of Grey Hair — Per BBC Report Christmas Day.

Heard it last night, on the 11pm BBC World News, during my postprandial walk.

45-minutes of exercise, 3-times a week has shown to SLOW down the spread of grey hair.

THIS STRUCK A CHORD!

Why. Within the last month my 14-year old had commented that THE AMOUNT of grey hair I have has not changed much in 5-years. That it has been the same as long as she can remember. I told her that it must be my genes.

But, appears NOT to be the case. They now reckon that genetics only play a 30% role in grey hair.

Well, I exercise, WITHOUT FAIL, 150-minutes a DAY, 7 days a week. That is over 7x (7 times) the recommended level.

Could that be it?
