Wow. What a story. Brilliant. As far as I know it is all fiction. Not sure how & where she got the idea. But, it is very, very clever & creative.
I can fully appreciate how it would win a mystery/crime award.
Very talented young lady. Writes beautifully. She has already gone far, but she will go further. Cracks me up that her bio says she is “currently studying English at Trinity College Dublin“. She should be TEACHING the course. Nothing she has to learn. Highly recommended.

This had been on my ‘Bucket List‘ (modest be it) for a long time. As some of you know, I am not exactly a morning person. But, I decided to make an effort during my last visit last week.
I set the alarm & got up at 4:50am — the 2nd day in a row since I had made an early start the previous day also. But, I had, by my standards, gone to bed early. Was out of the motel at 5:30.
Was at the base of the Summit road around 6am. I had been told to expect traffic. Not so. There was only 3 cars going up with I. I (& the Jag) know the road well & we made good time. There was quite a few vehicles up at the top. I know the ropes. I parked on the legally ‘road’ (so to speak) right at the end — ready for a quick get away. (As it transpired it was not necessary. Folks lingered around.)
Sunrise, per my Garmin, was set for 7:05am. It was on time.
It was cold. I did a bit of walking to keep warm. Didn’t want to lose my good vantage.
LOTS of boats out. That surprised I.
Well, it was worth it. Definitely an experience. Glad I did it. Will do it again.
Side-by-Side with Fitbit ‘Versa 2‘.
She has been wearing a Fitbit ‘Versa 2‘ for over a year & loves it. It was kind of hard to get her to part with it so as to try the Inspire.
At first sight, as you can see from the two pictures above, they look very similar. But, I think the Inspire is fractionally smaller & appears to have a fancier, slightly domed screen.
The Inspire, like the Versa 2, has an awesome, eye-pleasing display.
The ECG functionality is built-in, straight out of the box & easy enough to use. You can see the results above.
Very impressed so far. I will keep you posted. I will take it walking with me later this week to check out the step count & GPS.
