I Shot Bambi — Yesterday.

YOU thought I shot Bambi with ANYTHING OTHER than my camera?
Oh, dear! You still don’t know me — if you did.
Don’t hunt, never have & unlikely to start. I am averse to killing things — other than insects that bite me & snakes that scare me.
Yes, as a kid, with an air rifle (for which I had to work extremely hard to get), I did shoot a few crows. No mammals. These days I won’t even kill an ailing goldfish (to the amusement of many).
Nope, I like my animals. Squeamish about killing things. Kind of related to why I could not be a doctor. Cannot bear to see OTHERS, including animals, in pain & sufferings. I can cope with plenty of MY pain, suffering, blood & gore. Just others.
This was on my walk yesterday. Actually saw too. One of his siblings. This one saw me, TURNED BACK & came to stare at me. He stared at me for a good 50 seconds — per the timestamps on my camera.
