I Walked 500,000 Steps In May 2020 (Per My Garmin Fenix 6).
Most steps I have ever (as far as I know) walked in a month.
That it had 31-days certainly helped.
16,308 steps a day.
Three to four days a week I try to walk 17,000 to 18,000 steps a day. That is around 7 to 8 miles. SMILE.
2,220 miles walked in the year.
That chuffs me up. I like to think how far that is, if I start walking west from here. I would be well beyond Chicago.
Well, I am happy. Walking makes & keeps me happy. SMILE.
