I don’t have a macro lens and I don’t want one. These days, probably for the last 6-months, I have only used ONE lens on my Canon ESO RP — the amazing Tamron 28-300mm Di VC PZD all-in-one-zoom. In the right circumstances I can make it work like a macro lens. In my old age I can’t be bothered to change lenses. This Tamron just about has enough range and the quality is decent. I will be honest. I got the Canon EOS RP just to use this lens! Other people buy lenses for their camera body. I am different. I bought a camera body for the lens I wanted!
