We stopped by there on Wednesday, September 4, 2019, when we went for a drive by the ocean. First time we have ever pulled in and parked there. Drive by there all the time but we are always going somewhere else. It was near empty. Nice beach. Nice views. Well maintained.

I saw the BIG sign in RED: ‘No Digging In Dry Sand’.

Never seen a sign like that.

I guess it has to do with pollution and EROSION. Dry sand will — and I guess MUST — get blown about and away from the beach.

Strange. But, that must be the reason. I will have to ask someone.

Wanted to share.
