Tiny Red-Headed Ground Cover In New Hampshire — It Could Be A Fungi.

I see them, this time every year, on a dirt-covered hill that I go running up, a couple of times a week. It is very pretty. They are tiny. You can probably work that out by comparing them to the fallen leaves (from fall) lying around. I always mean to take some pictures. Today, I did. But, I need to get up there with a macro lens.
Most likely a fungi though a quick Google of NH fungi did not show any that looked like these.
IF you know what they are please do share. Thanks.
