A Very Happy Birthday
to MY Queen.
Today, April 21st, is her REAL, actual birthday.
However, this day, goes mainly uncelebrated and unremarked because she, like all her predecessors for the last 200+ years, has an OFFICIAL birthday. That is on June 10 — when we get all the traditional British pomp and ceremony.
91 today. That, by any standard, is one heck of an innings. I hope she is around for a few more years. It would be amazing if she can be a centenarian. Just think of the celebrations — worldwide. Not sure whether there has ever been a royal that was 100 years old. But, that is down the road.
Today, we commemorate and celebrate in our hearts.
Our Glorious Queen. The ONLY Queen I have ever known and she has been MY Queen, without interruption, since I was born.
I have NOT always been a Royal. During my ‘hippie-years’, well into my 20s, I was not a believer in the Monarchy. But, as I got older I, like so many, became to see the value and worth of the tradition. During the last 20 years (or more) I have come to ADMIRE her as a person for what she is and what she does for the World.
The U.S. has Donald. We have THE QUEEN.
Don’t continue being misinformed about fibromyalgia. It is important that YOU know what fibromyalgia is all about. It is YOUR PAIN and you need to know the real story.
I do reference this article in my ‘Central Pain Syndrome‘ book. I found this article extremely useful and thought provoking.
If you have fibromyalgia, I really do urge you to read it. It will help you. Of that there can be no doubt or debate.
All the best.
Since the D7500 announcement there has been no mention of the Nikon Coolpix P1000.
That is slightly frustrating.
