I Opted Out Of WordPress ‘WordAds’ Today! I Had Enough.

Up until a couple of months ago (i.e., say September 2016) you would have been hard pressed to find anyone as BULLISH as I was on WordPress ‘WordAds’.

Though I didn’t not make ‘MegaBucks’ with it, I liked the fact that I made some money from this blog.

Then something dramatic & drastic happened to WordAds. Not sure what. I think the whole ‘WordAds’ organization went through some change.

The changes were noticeable.

As I pointed out in this October 2016 post there was something ‘not right’.

My September numbers are a JOKE. Yes, I questioned them — but, this time, to no avail.

This is crazy.

I am not going to let them abuse me and treat me like a monkey.

I would rather not have any WordAds and no income than being treated like an idiot.

18 months ago I said WordAds was better than their competition — not that you can use the competition on WordPress.

Now I think WordAds has joined the competition in not being nice.

That is OK. C’est la vie. I only had one choice. I exercised that. I walked.

Think – Today: Why Does The U.S. Elect The President Through An “Electoral College”?

by Anura Guruge

electorlMost people in the U.S., even those that voted, only really give any thought to the ‘U.S. Electoral College’ in election years such as this (i.e., 2016) when a win of the Electoral College does not adequately reflect what happened in the ‘popular vote’. So why has the U.S. had an Electoral College from the very start — i.e., since the Constitution was enacted?

Think first, then research, then THINK again. Think for the pleasure of thinking.

Yesterday’s ‘Think’: “George” — is a very earthy name. It is from the Greek word ‘georgos‘ which basically denotes ‘a farmer’, one that tills the soil. So the next time you see or meet a ‘George’ you will know.
