Sorry But Also Glad That Hashim Amla Handed Over South African Captaincy To A.B. De Villiers.

I have watched all three South Africa v. England 2015 – 2016 Test Matches with great interest — and like Ian Botham was moved to tears when Temba Bavuma scored his maiden Test century. During the 2rd Test I heard AB being mentioned a few times as the Captain. I thought that the commentators, not always sober, had just got it wrong. I try not to read cricket news BECAUSE I do not want to know the scores and results before I get a chance to watch the matches on Willow Cricket via Sling.
I have always liked Hashim Amla. Great cricket, wonderful personality, a good man. I had no idea he was a muslim and had issues as a result. During the Indian series I thought there was something wrong with him. Appears it was the burden of captaincy. I also had NO idea that AB had never been SA Test captain prior to this. I thought Amla took over from him.
Appears that everybody is happy. That is good. I am still in shock at the way SA collapsed during the 2nd innings of the 3rd Test. Do not expect that from SA.
