The Sony RX10 Mk II, contrary to what you will see on Amazon, is NOT available in the U.S. as yet.

I spoke with a number of knowledgeable sources on this on Friday, July 31, 2015.

Sony Dealers may get their 1st shipment THIS week, i.e., w/o August 3, 2015.

What folks are doing is taking PRE-orders.

Most U.S. dealers will get 12 units in their 1st shipment.

I am on a wait-list at Sony U.S.

I do NOT need it right away. I have to finish a book first. So I can wait 2 to 3 weeks. Have a feeling that that might be best. First batch could have issues.

From what I can gather some units were available in the U.K. mid-July.

There are some good Sony RX10 II videos, from the U.K., on YouTube. I sourced 2 for you below. Check them out. Then at least you will be better prepared when YOUR Sony arrives.

Well I assume that it should not be too difficult to determine where I stand on this. But there are only so many issues that I can champion at any given time and my hands, quite literally, full right now helping the good ladies, led by Kia Sinclair, on the New Hampshire “Free the Female Nipple” movement. So I will let the ‘Daily Mail’ push this one. I am, however, smiling.

I remember all three, vividly, from the 1960s to the 1980s — living in Britain.

So I thought I will share a YouTube each with YOU in tribute to ALL the good they each did.

They will be missed.

This used to be one of my favorite songs! I think I might still have the LP from 1973. Wow. Lynn — the Aussie.

cliveyt

I remember Clive mainly from him playing for Notts. I used to watch a TON of county cricket live, with Hampshire & Middlesex, in those days. Very nice guy. I liked Clive.

In the late 60s and all of the 1970s she was everywhere — TV and radio. You could not miss her. What a lady.
