The mighty, lumbering Lancaster that played such a vital role in bringing the damn Germans to their knees could not participate in this flypast. So only 3 WW II era planes and you can see them in the above video.

Deanna, a lobsterman’s daughter, grew up oceanside, right by the water. She likes going to the ocean. Going to a beach, ideally Hampton Beach, was what she wanted to do for Mother’s Day 2015. [In 2014 we went to Strawbery Banke, Portsmouth — which is kind of adjacent to the water.]
May 10, 2015, Mother’s Day U.S.A., was THE perfect beach day in New Hampshire. Hot, sunny and festive. The temperature was in the mid-80s and the sun was hammering down. The sand was burning hot. The sea, by marked contrast, was icy cold. It was packed, BUT it was fun. Teischan and I went in the water. Breaking waves is the pictorial imagery for the topic I use in my “Orgasms: 101 Facts & Trivia” book. So I took this opportunity to take some pictures.
It was fun. Glad we went. I would not wish disability of anyone but if you are disabled, as Deanna is, the tags, permits and passes do come in handy. I knew parking would be hard BUT with Deanna’s disable ‘hanger’ we got a prime spot right on the beach, next door to the main bathrooms. Does not get better. Cost me $6. Can’t beat that. Yes, that is I in the water.
