This letter is on Facebook.

It was obtained by (we think) Lou Clay via a ‘Right to Know‘. If it was, THANK YOU, Lou. Great job. Take a bow. If it was somebody else, the same goes. Kudos. Thank you.

This is BLOODY amazing.

It says “Alton School District/SAU #72″ WILL CONTRACT …”

That sounds like a contract to me.

Though I am not a lawyer I have, over a period of 30 years doing Consulting Services for the likes of IBM, Microsoft, Northern Telecom, Cisco etc. etc., written and signed 100s of professional contracts. This looks pretty definitive to me.

Lander/Leggett (YET LLC) would definitely appear to have a case to SUE Alton for this $125,000 based on just this letter — WITHOUT ever having to provide any services just based on this letter. Sweet deal, very sweet deal for Lander/Leggett. Collect $125,000 from Alton for doing nothing based on this letter.

Now RECALL, and you can clearly see it on the video, Jeffery Clay, obviously very astute in these matters, asked Lander, at the Feb. 17, 2015, Board Meeting to publicly state that he would not SUE Alton over this ‘contract’. As we all know Lander ignored him. NOW REMEMBER as I recently brought to your attention Lander pulled this same trick when he hired his friend to be the $3,000 facilitator WITHOUT disclosing that she was currently suspended. He said that his friend will sue Alton for the $3,000 so Alton might has well just use her rather than reneging on the deal.

So here we go again.

It would appear that Profile Bank TOO could go after Alton IF they have already parted with some or all of this $125K based on this letter.

I am NOT sure whether Sandra ‘clueless’ Wyatt has the law on her side in terms of writing this letter!

She appears to be stating something that was not really the case.

She would definitely appear to be on very thin ice.

Take note. Take note. This letter is no joke.

Alton Central (ACS) School: IF Lander/Leggett Are So Proficient Why Did Board OVERTURN A Bunch Of Their Bullying Related Decisions On June 25, 2014?

Bullying has been a big problem at ACS for years. We know. We even took Devanee out of ACS for over a year because of bullying (she actually got hit in the face).

Do a search on ‘bullying’, using SEARCH box on the right (over here →) and you will see how bad things have been — and that is NOT counting Mrs. Whitehouse’s letter about the staff being bullied or a statement by a School Board member of bullying at Board Meetings.

We hear people in Alton talk about bullying, at ACS, past and present, on a weekly basis.

I think all ACS parents would agree that one of the BIGGEST jobs of the ACS Administration team would be that of dealing with bullying. Some members are supposed to be explicitly trained on how to deal with bullying.

So if the Lander/Leggett administration team is SO PROFICIENT why did this School Board, on June 25, 2014 OVERTURN, we are talking 180° about turns, of MULTIPLE bullying decisions made by William (‘Bill’) Lander and Leggett?

Of course, it was done in ‘Non Public‘. But a letter was written and I have seen the letter.

So the Board cannot deny this. Because if they did I will get my hands on that letter.

So my question is very simple. If Lander and Leggett are so proficient why did they get so many matters to do with bullying WRONG?

PLUS, going forward, do we NOT as Alton residents want an Administration team that can CORRECTLY handle bullying?

Those are the facts.

Lander, Leggett or the Board cannot deny it happened.

But, there were and still are two related issues that also need pondering.

As soon as I heard about this reversal of decisions I contacted, by phone and e-mail, the ‘N.H. Dept. of Education’ in Concord.

I was perturbed. The employed staff at ACS is supposed to have been trained on handling bullying. As far as I know the ACS School Board is NOT trained on handling bullying. So the supposedly trained staff at ACS made a series of decisions and the Board overturned them? Aaahh! So, then why bother with having trained staff? Just let the Board make all the decisions about bullying.

Think about it.

There was a HUGE (unbelievable) Conflict of Interest within the Board on this matter!

Yes, I have heard that a number of members stated that they did have ‘conflicts’ and said that they would recuse themselves. But that did NOT happen.

But, unbeknownst to the other members one member had an active, ongoing Conflict of Interest. That was never divulged.

I think that conflict should have been divulged to the other Board Members.

The person I feel bad for is Mikel LaChappele, Assistant Principal. He was not just thrown under the bus, the bus backed up and ran over him again. If only he knew about the conflict of interest.

ICC Cricket World Cup 2015: Chris Gayle’s 215 Bludgeoning Left Me Breathless. And Samuels Reminded Me Of Larry Gomes.

From ICC via CricInfo. What a man, what a knock … and that bat! He was very lucky though. We really was out LBW first ball!

What a knock. Wow. Left me breathless towards the end. It was too much. Overkill, but amazing. I am so glad that I can watch the World Cup on my TV and that I subscribed to the ESPN package. Just this innings was worth every cent of the subscription.

I have never, alas, seen Chris Gayle in the flesh BUT I have seen hours and hours of him on TV. I have seen his 333 against Sri Lanka, in Galle, twice, maybe thrice.

I do not think this was Chris at his most fluent but he sure did smack that ball with the railway sleeper he calls a bat. Very big, powerful man.

Chris was lucky, very lucky. He was OUT, LBW, to the first ball he faced. Hawk-Eye was WRONG. Poorly calibrated. That ball from Panyangara was hitting middle stump, 2/3rd of the way up.

But, he rode his luck. I am glad for Chris and I am glad for MY West Indies — though of late I do have a softspot for Zimbabwe. I really felt bad for them. They didn’t deserve that thrashing.

But it was fun.

I have only had the ESPN World Cup package since Sunday, February 22nd, BUT I have already watched 4 complete matches, albeit in 1 hour highlight form: WI v. Pak, NZ. v. SL, SA vs. ZM & WI v. ZM. So much more to watch. I am trying to catch 2 a day.

This was good. Made me happy. It was good cricket. Wonderful hitting.

Am I the ONLY one who was reminded of Larry Gomes in terms of the sober, second fiddle innings played by Marlon Samuels. That was quite the knock too.

I was at Lord’s, in person, in 1979 for the World Cup Final and saw, mesmerized, Collis King bludgeon 86 from 66 balls. That was amazing. Gayle was even more amazing.
