Click to access the original story from my main newspaper, the only one I read everyday, the incomparable U.K. “Daily Mail”. There are more pictures and even a YouTube video IF you are interested.

All 4 of the kids were breastfed, three for fairly lengthy periods, Teischan holding the record at 27 months! So to say that I am a great advocate for breastfeeding still wouldn’t fully capture my commitment to this very natural and extremely beneficial practice.

I have, for the world of me, never understood why people can get upset or offended by seeing others breastfeeding. Everybody’s mother had breasts (I am sure). What is the big deal here. Breasts are not repulsive or offensive and breastfeeding is a lovely sight. Given that I grew up in Europe I am very used to women going topless. I have no problem with it at all, at all. Do not get why it is such an issue in this country when, today, most beaches, around the world, are topless.

Well, anytime I see public breastfeeding under attack I set out to state my case. So that is what this is all about.
