‘Modern Dance’ isn’t something I normally watch. But, this was GOOD. Wow, the talent!
We heard about it when we had gone to the rousing ‘Red Hot Chilli Pipers’ concert in February. Deanna and the kids wanted to go, so I got tickets — though that was a bit of a hassle. I actually ended up getting 8 tickets — and giving four to some folks in Gilford. We actually all met at Concord UNO’s before the show for dinner. A good time was had by all.
I don’t watch “Dancing with the Stars” or “American Idol“. So some of the stars on this show were lost on me, but I could still enjoy the whole experience. Very nice people. Their talent just amazes me. Wow.
Good night out. The music, alas not live, was pulsating and on the mark. The dancing was sensuous, very expressive and energetic.
It was, however, strictly ‘modern’ with some tango. Given that they teased us twice I thought they might do some ‘River Dance‘. They did not. But that OK.
It was very good. Go see them if you can.
Thank YOU again, “William G. Gile” trust for this FREE concert. Much appreciated.
