‘Atoll’, To Their Credit, Honors “Father’s Day” Special, Though I Bought Inflatable Paddle Board Through Amazon.
I saw the “Father’s Day” special offer on their Website. There was no mention whether I would get it if I ordered the board through Amazon.
I really wanted to order it from Amazon. I get 6-month, interest free financing and it is crazy not to avail oneself of that generous offer. So, I contacted Atoll.
To their credit they immediately told me that they will ship me the 8″ Flex Fin, free of any charges (including shipping), as soon as I provide them with my Amazon order number. I was impressed. It confirmed my belief that they were a CLASS ACT. Glad I went with them rather than iRocker.
I sent them the Amazon order number and WITHIN MINUTES they sent me an USPS tracking number for my fin! WOW. Was I delighted.
So, now you know. You still have time left.

Roku: All Home Screen Themes Are Now FREE.
Wow. It is true. I happened to see this ‘post’, on my Google News feed earlier today. When I was next in front of the TV I tried it out. Yes, they are free. STRANGE. Couldn’t find a Christmas theme. Closest was a ‘White Winter’. So, have that now. See below. Enjoy.

Free, Sunscreen Dispensers At “Boston Public Garden”.
Click pictures to ENLARGE.
Attribution WILL be enforced.
Saw these on , when we strolled through the two parks — i.e., Boston Common & the Public Garden — after doing Dim Sum, at the China Pearl, ‘just around the corner‘.
I do NOT use sunscreen, but I know how important it is to others. This is great, especially for the kids. Not sure what the deal is. Appears that it is sponsored by a ‘foundation’. Not sure whether we will see these in Central New Hampshire, but it is a great idea and needs to be applauded.
Bravo & Kudos.

‘Free’ Garmin T-Shirt From ‘Heart Rate Monitors USA’ With My Garmin Fenix 5.

They are FREE, one per customer, but you have to pay $3.99 shipping — from “Heart Rate Monitors USA“.
But they sent me one FREE-FREE when I order my Garmin Fenix 5 from them. We have had a lot of dealings since November so they know me well.
The T-shirt came today, USPS, whereas the Fenix 5 was delivered by UPS on Friday.
Nice quality T-shirt.
You should get one even if you have to pay the $3.99 shipping.

Visit Any U.S. National Park, Including Acadia, For FREE, This Saturday, April 21, 2018.
This coming Saturday, April 21, 2018, is one of JUST 4 “Free Entrance Days” at the U.S. National Parks.
Entrance prices have gone up this year, $5 at Acadia National Park.
They have cut back drastically on these FREE days.
A few years back it used to be a COMPLETE WEEK in April. We know. We went to the Grand Canyon that year!
April 21, 2018, is the first day of the New Hampshire April school vacation. So, this could work out.
One-day FREE doesn’t normally get you much since ideally you would want to visit a Park for at least a couple of day.
But, hey … it is FREE.
Not of great interest to us. Between us we have TWO (2) Lifetime entrance passes to all Parks! We only need one, but, in a fit of generosity, I bought one just to give some money to the Parks I love!

Why Did Amazon Send Me 3 Bottles Of “Brain Octane Oil”, 16 Oz, Unasked & For Free!
This has me concerned.
I know and appreciate that Amazon knows EVERYTHING about me including that I rarely wear underwear.
They also know that I have been a dynamite, extremely reliable and loyal customer for nearly 20-years.
So, when they send me $70 of ““, for FREE, unasked (never mind unsolicited), it gets me WORRIED.
What have they detected in my keystrokes? That I am not as decisive as I once was? That it takes me longer to place an order.
YIKES! I haven’t, as far as I know, screwed up TOO MUCH of late, i.e., returned stuff.
But, obviously they know something.
They also sent a small bottle of some blood pressure medication. This is bad.
I am worried.
What do YOU think I should do.
NO. NO. N000000000! I have not tried it yet, though somebody else did.
Having spent 64 years making sure not to mess my brain I am not sure I am going to try anything now — especially as my brain is entitled to its slow decline. I never did drugs because I did not want anything interfering with my brain. So, why would I try this?

Discover Card’s FREE ‘Credit Report Activity’ Monitoring Seems To Work.
I like my Discover Credit Card.
I have had it since 1991, i.e., I have been a member for 27-years. During that time I do not think I have ever had a problem with them.
Something about them. They just, always, seem different — but, in a GOOD WAY without fail. They just seem so eager and happy to please.
Recently, following the criminal Equifax debacle they sent me an e-mail offering FREE social security number monitoring on credit reporting services. If they saw my ‘social’ appearing on credit report they will let me know — for free. I signed up and it was easy enough.
Today, for the first time, I got this e-mail.
I checked it. It was bona fide. An new account I had opened. So, it works. I am happy.
