By definition any day you get to spend on majestic “Lake Winnipesaukee” (in central New Hampshire) is a treat. If the weather is just perfect, and the ‘Big Lake‘ calm as a Mill Pond, you really luck out. Well that is what it was today.

We were treated to a cruise on the Lake, on the M/V “Mount Washington”, to/from Wolfeboro, by a friend of Deanna’s. It was grand. Picture perfect as the pictures testify. Relaxing too.

The Mount and I go back to 20 years. But this was the first time I have been on it since September 2002! While I have no issues whatsoever with the lovely ‘boat’ over the years I have had some major disagreements with the ‘management’. But today I did not have to deal with any of them and the worst culprit of them was not on board. So it was a good day. We had fun … and ended up at the ALWAYS delightful “Sea Bird“, Chinese Restaurant in Wolfeboro, for lunch with two other folks. It was a good day. SMILE.
