I Continue To Be At 99% Percentile For Both ‘Steps’ & ‘Floors Climbed’, Per Garmin — Albeit For My Advanced Age.
From Yesterday.
Yes, I understand that this is in the
65-69 year old men category,
BUT I am still chuffed.
And I am, obviously, NOT competitive —
not at all, never have been.
I am HAPPY.
Have to maintain MORE than 15,000 steps to stay at this percentile. That takes work and walks.
The FLOORS is STUPID. 30 floors. 300′. That is NOTHING. I have done that within 1-hour of getting up. I average 71 floors/day — i.e., 710′. That I live at 860′ above sea level helps. I am always going up or down the side of a hill.
I had my quadriceps tendon repair surgery,
at ‘Frisbie Memorial Hospital‘ —
performed by Dr. Charles Blitzer
of ‘Seacoast Orthopedics‘
on Thursday, March 7, 2019.
There was no pain to talk about
— throughout, from surgery to now.
