This was cute. I have never seen one like this before. Of course it was meant to be titillating! Very blatant. In your face. Not sure I would have noticed it if I didn’t go to take a picture. But, then, SMACK. As soon as I pointed it out everybody else saw and agreed.

The ‘new’ ‘Eastern Paradise‘ that opened in Rochester, New Hampshire over the Summer. Our first time there. It was good. I will write about the dining experience separately.

In the meantime just enjoy this — THE Topless Scorpion Bowl.

Couldn’t MI6 Have Made Prince Harry A Better ‘Smart’ Ring Than Finnish Oura?

Was kind of amused to read (and see) that Prince Harry, who is proving (yet again) to be HUGE hit downunder, is now sporting an expensive, Oura ‘Balance’ ring that monitors sleep and activity.

That is good that he is wearing a tracker. But, an Oura that does SO LITTLE! That is neither here nor there. He should be wearing a Garmin Fenix 5 Plus. Now that IS a man’s tracker.

But, in his case …. He is Royalty. He can call up MI6.

Just think of what MI6 could give you in a ring? Wow.

Maybe MI6 will read this, contact me and send me a RING.

Buckingham Palace knows how to get in touch with me.

Maybe if MI6 gives me a ring I will give my nearly new Garmin Fenix 5 Plus to Prince Harry.

‘CreateSpace’ Is DEAD, Long Live Amazon’s ‘Kindle Direct Publishing’.

Yes, we all knew for over a year that it was going to happen, BUT it was still a shock — and very sad — when it happened.

I liked CreateSpace. We had our issues BUT they tried and there was ALWAYS somebody you could talk to at the end of a phone line. That is gone.

I feel bad for all the CreateSpace folks that have lost their jobs — especially in the South Africa Call Center. They were so good and so helpful.

I hadn’t logged onto CreateSpace for months — not since July 2018! I have been busy proofing a 475-page book. Today, with the proofing finally coming close to an end, I logged on. I was confronted with a message that I HAD TO MIGRATE all my titles to KDP — using a tool they provided. That was a shock.

Since I had 18 titles to transfer it took some time. I haven’t checked whether it all worked ‘OK’. I am kind of despondent.

Sad day.

Not sure why Amazon felt the need to kill CreateSpace. I think it was a false economy.
