Last weekend we went apple picking at ‘Appleview Orchard‘, in Pittsfield, New Hampshire — per what has now become an annual custom. Appleview is a commercial apple farm, with the trees pruned and sprayed for easy picking.

This was a at a ‘local’ blueberry farm. We were helping out the owners. They just hadn’t had time to get around to picking these apples. So, I volunteered to pick them for them. It was fun. Reminder me of ‘Cider House Rules‘. This farm, on 42-acres, is, in my opinion, the most beautiful farm in this area. I love being there. So, that was a bonus. They let me take pictures. That makes me even happier.
