That U.S. Life Expectancy Has Fallen Is No Surprise To I — More ‘Non-Europeans’ Living In The U.S. Than Ever Before!

Seeing this, this morning, did not surprise me in the slightest.

Since the 1990s there has been a huge influx of Asians and other non-Europeans coming over to the U.S. Their life expectancies, genetically, are shorter. Just because you move to the U.S. your life expectancy does not change — THAT MUCH. Yes, better healthcare, access to prescription drugs and better diet helps but probably by, I think, 10-15%. I am sure that this the reason. I think the life expectancy in my Sri Lanka (Ceylon) is in the low 60s. So, I do not expect to live to be 85 though I have lived outside Sri Lanka since I was 14.
